Unity has power and the beauty and effectiveness of a work relies on its team work. Hence, it is mandatory that the team must be strong. The notion of a strong team is that it must have members that can handle varieties of work. So, the team should have members with diverse skills. Based on the project or type of work you are doing the team can have wanted members with respective qualities. A team with only coders can never do better than a team with coder, designer, presenter and so on. So, while forming a team it must be considered that your team must have the skills that are required for various works i.e. not more than a member with same kind of skills.
